If said "information" is unverified, a request to the accused party to provide more information is in order but it should be kept confidential until the accused party issues a formal reply to the request and the credibility of the evidence behind the complaint is established. There are some misapprehensions abut the law our "friends" hold on their fake website.. that this is conspiracy to murder.. it really is mostly fact and opinions.

One, there are some bad folks in Ham radio. We know who they are. These guys go from target-to-target. They attacked K1MAN and tried to drive him off 14.275 MHz. They seemed to accomplish what they wanted. But, did they go away? No, they moved down a bit and attacked a group of HAMs that occasionally happen to speak Polish. If they finish off that group who/what will be next? Are they going away? I doubt it! Indeed without even finishing off that group (VE7KFM remains), they have gone on to target anyone who feels that they have the right to talk to any other station they like…. They are also trying desperately to provoke other HAMs to help them in their Jihad. If you say no, then you are in turn targeted by the pack….

Two, things are not getting better by themselves. Either the FCC acts, or it does not, in which case things will only get worse. Telling HAMs to behave without backing it up with enforcement action is not helping. RH tried that with his “spin the dial” shtick….

A few bullets would solve or greatly relieve the problem: K3VR, N1fm, Kz8o maybe a couple of others.

Targeting ve7kfm does not help. These folks have proven that with k1man (this discussion ignores who is breaking the rules BTW).

Those “bullets” should be legal ones, or sooner or later the matter will become violent—ask an MD named Tiller about that. If rumour is correct, you could also ask w4nti about it, if the prop will allow a QSO with Hell. [ß W4NTI is a SK]

It is the responsibility of the FCC to act in order to prevent that sort of chaos.

Indeed, perhaps the life I am seeking to save may even be K3VR himself. Sooner or later some one is going to die. Be assured that I will take steps to insure my own death is not the one that happens because of this.

Let me correct you on an important point as you may not have had time to read my earlier posts. I don't care one way or the other about the language used on amateur radio. Actually, if I had any say in it, and I clearly don't, I'd prefer no enforcement over either bad or inconsistent enforcement. Hence the subject of this thread. We're merely trying to figure out what the rules of the game are.

I'm sure that after we figure out what is going on in US Amateur radio enforcement, we can expand the discussion to other countries. However, at this point, we are having enough trouble figuring out US enforcement. Sometimes you have to bound the problem before you can solve it.

That's why your MF-bombing case is so important. Were you contacted by Riley concerning the incident? What paragraphs in Part 97 did Riley say you violated? And what was the punishment for each infraction?

In addition, you might help me out with this question. If you were allowed to hurl the MF-bomb multiple times without any punishment, which your post seems to imply, why on earth do you believe that another amateur [ß In another country at that!] should be punished for the same behavior? To me, that seems to violate the most basic rules of fairness.

More importantly/personally, you AGAIN defamed me thereby....

I'm referring peripherally to the change of the title and most importantly to me, to the embedded LINK in John AGUILAR's last phrase: "history of enmity toward officers generally.” -- which LINK is NOT in the original, for which see:

Most importantly from my perspective, this LINK to an ANONymous, unattributed, cloaked and fundamentally FRAUDulent website -- whose ONLY identifiable feature is MY Industry Canada uniquely licenced call-sign -- is DEFAMATORY via innuendo and otherwise and is AGAIN seriously against my interest by supposed association, etc....

Also, from the changed title/link MO and otherwise, I AGAIN have reason to believe that you are AGAIN co-operating with Brian CROW K3VR who you know/should know by now, is a demonstrated SERIAL STALKER, an adept CYBERPATH, a facile SOCIOPATH and possibly an outright PSYCHOPATH, with all that entails....

More importantly, as you know/should know, several years ago, Brian CROW K3VR also started to STALK Brandon DUKE [who is your fellow American radio-amateur], on-air, on QRZ.com and on the WWW generally, simply because Brandon initially answered my general call [CQ] on-air, apparently out of his band privileges....

I understand that Brian CROW subsequently made substantially FALSE reports about Brandon DUKE to various Authorities [the FCC, Longmont PD, the FBI, etc.].
I later learned that Brandon was then a teen-ager with a troubled background [his father reportedly committed suicide, his mother effectively abandoned him, etc.] -- but his peccadilloes chiefly within the local amateur community notwithstanding -- he was very arguably a 'salvageable' human being....

But, no... your "Hero" Brian CROW [and his amateur and other co-conspirators in CO], who as you know perversely masquerades as an amateur Psychotherapist on-air/on the WWW had to push Brandon's hot 'buttons' all these years and we now have this tragedy....

As a fellow radio amateur -- or even notionally as a human being who knows/should know better -- you should be ashamed of yourself, Jon!

Irrespective, this is a DEMAND that you FORTHWITH remove the LINK to the FRAUDulent website 'as if mine'!!!

Concerning the very sad state of affairs of Brandon Duke.
Here is an obviously very troubled young man who faces a long jail sentence .
But how many of us remember the times Brandon was tormented on the air and over the internet for so many years simply because he spoke with the Canadian?
Let us not forget that Brandon was a MINOR who was stalked by an adult.
This adult used his education in psychiatry to frustrate and "push the buttons" of this child for many years, hoping for such an end.
He showed no compassion or understanding of the emotional conflict this child was going through, with such callousness as to mirror the mental state of a serial killer.
Serial killers have no concern or feelings for their victims but continue their rampage of destruction.
Brandon was stalked by an adult, for years by this ham and we should not forget that it takes a sinister personality to do what the PA ham did.
That ham as you know is K3VR.
He has demonstrated over the years that he takes sadistic pleasure in causing anguish to anyone he does not like.
This is an educated man who used the knowledge for evil means without ANY feelings for the victims.
In this case the victim is now a 22 year old man who will spend many years behind bars and probably his life is ruined.
I submit to you and your intelligent readers that K3VR contributed to the loss of human life (spiritually) of Brandon.
K3VR stalked a child both on the air and on the internet, this fact can not be denied, and his actions went way beyond silly "radio wars".
I believe this shows the true nature of the monster who calls himself K3VR, and I believe he is a monster.
Due to many factors a police officer and/or Brandon could have been KILLED and K3VR contributed to the mental distortion that is Brandon Duke.
I know of NO TIME that I have been a ham that this has occurred--to a child no less.
I submit that Crow should be shunned by the ham community, as he has shown his "true colors": he is an evil person, who used his age, talents and education to help cause the destruction of another human being and a fellow ham, and almost the death of 2 people.

I believe this shows the true nature of Karol Madera, VE7KFM. Due to many factors, a police officer and/or Brandon could have been KILLED and I believe VE7KFM contributed greatly to Brandon Duke's mental health problems. VE7KFM has done this many times.
Mark Morgan was put in a psychiatric hospital due to the mental torment Madera induced; David Tolassi could have been arrested for stalking and threatening amateurs VE7KFM targeted; Todd Daugherty was arrested and convicted for harassment by electronic means; Whitney Tritch was investigated for illegal computer intrusions. The list goes on.



The foregoing is my considered opinion on the subject, and I stand by it. I submit that Madera should be completely shunned as he has shown his "true colors" time and time again.
